Membership Agreement – Key Terms
By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following terms:

($20 a week)
Contract Agreement
1. One-Off Payment: This is a one-time payment. You will not be charged monthly.
2. 12-Month Contract: Your membership is valid for 12 months from July 1, 2025.
Note: If you currently hold another membership with us, it will remain active until 30 June 2025. On 1 July 2025, we’ll transition you to the new annual membership you have purchased, which will then run through to 30 June 2026.
3. No Cancellations: This membership cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless you have a serious medical condition that stops you from playing. You’ll need to provide a valid doctor’s certificate.
4. No Pauses or Holds: We do not offer pauses, extensions, or holds on this membership for any reason (e.g., travel, holidays, minor injuries, or changes in availability).
5. Inclusions: Access to use the gym 7 days a week.
6. Non-Transferable: This membership is for you only. It cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
7. Code of Conduct: All members must follow the club’s code of conduct. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access (without refund) if there is a breach of club rules or inappropriate behaviour.
